Throughout these Terms, the following words carry the meanings given below whenever they appear.

ph365com covers a wide range of games and sports markets under a single set of clearly defined Terms and Conditions.

To register and maintain a ph365com account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times. Failure to meet any one of them gives ph365com the right to suspend or permanently close the account and retain any pending balances pending investigation.

• You are at least 21 years of age. ph365com may request government-issued identification at any time to verify this, and account access will be restricted until verification is complete.
• You are a natural person. Accounts registered by automated systems, bots, or on behalf of third parties are not permitted on ph365com.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from ph365com or from any other licensed gaming operator that would prohibit your participation.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to confirm the legal status of online gaming where you are located before registering with ph365com.

ph365com reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification at any point. Until verification is completed to our satisfaction, deposit limits may be imposed and withdrawals may be held. This process protects both the player and the platform from fraud and underage access.

Registering with ph365com creates a personal account that belongs to you and only you. The following rules apply to every registered player on the platform, without exception.

• One account per player. You may not open more than one ph365com account, whether under your own name or any alias. If duplicate accounts are identified, ph365com will close all associated accounts and may withhold funds pending investigation.

• Non-transferability. Accounts and the funds within them are personal to the registered player and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• Account closure. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph365com support. All unsettled bets will be resolved before any remaining balance is processed for withdrawal.

All transactions on ph365com are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard bank cards. • Deposits. Funds deposited into your ph365com account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. ph365com is not responsible for bank or payment-processor fees charged outside the platform.
• Minimum transaction amounts. ph365com sets minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds, which are displayed in the cashier. These may be adjusted from time to time and the current figures take precedence.
• Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, fulfilment of any bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Processing times. ph365com aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Delays may occur due to verification requirements, payment processor timelines, or public holidays. Contact support if a withdrawal has not arrived within the stated window.
• Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback against a valid ph365com transaction is a breach of these Terms. ph365com reserves the right to close the account and refer the matter for further action in such cases.
• Suspicious transactions. ph365com monitors transactions for signs of fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited financial activity. Accounts flagged for review may be temporarily restricted pending investigation, in line with applicable regulations.

ph365com payment terms apply equally across all game types and transaction channels available on the platform.

Placing a bet on ph365com constitutes acceptance of the specific rules for that game or market, in addition to these general Terms. All game-specific rules are accessible within the relevant game interface or market page.

• Bet confirmation. A wager is accepted and binding once ph365com issues a confirmation reference. Bets not confirmed by the platform have not been placed and no funds will be deducted.
• Bet cancellation. Once confirmed, a ph365com wager cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Cancellation is at the sole discretion of ph365com and applies only in defined circumstances such as clear system errors or event cancellations.
• Insufficient funds. If your ph365com account balance is below the stake amount at the time of bet submission, the wager will not be accepted.
• Odds and results. ph365com publishes odds in good faith. In the event of a manifest error — a clearly incorrect price published due to a technical or human mistake — ph365com reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
• Event cancellations. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum playing time required for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Settlement timing. ph365com aims to settle markets promptly after official results are confirmed. Settlement may be delayed in cases of protest, review, or incomplete official result confirmation.
• Maximum winnings. ph365com applies per-event and per-day maximum payout limits. The current applicable limits are displayed within each market. Winnings exceeding these limits will be reduced to the stated maximum.

ph365com may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload incentives, and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to the terms listed in the individual offer, which take precedence over these general provisions. The following rules apply to all ph365com promotional activity unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.

• Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless the offer specifically states a higher limit.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, and time limits are specified in each offer.
• ph365com reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer at any time before it has been claimed, or to cancel a bonus after issuance if there is evidence of abuse, multiple-account exploitation, or a breach of these Terms.

• Attempting to exploit promotions through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other method that circumvents the intended purpose of an offer will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

ph365com is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gaming on the platform is intended as paid entertainment, not a source of income. Both ph365com and the player share responsibility for keeping it that way.

• You acknowledge that all games on ph365com involve financial risk and that the expected outcome of sustained play is a net loss due to the mathematical house edge present in all offered games.
• ph365com provides tools including deposit limits and session reminders. You are encouraged to use them. Instructions for activating these controls are available in the account settings area.
• If you wish to self-exclude, contact ph365com support directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed as quickly as possible and, once applied, are binding for the period specified. ph365com will not accept bets from a player under an active self-exclusion.
• Never use funds earmarked for essential living expenses — rent, food, utilities, education, healthcare, or debt repayment — to fund ph365com play.
• ph365com takes reports of underage access seriously. Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the deposit source after verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph365com. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the appropriate authorities where applicable law requires.

• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one ph365com account, or assisting others to do so.
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or AI-assisted software to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not permitted by ph365com.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing discrepancies to gain an unfair advantage before ph365com has had a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in card games, poker tournaments, or any live format.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activity.
• Attempting to access the ph365com platform or any player account through unauthorised means, including attempts to breach security systems.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing ph365com accounts, account balances, or any in-platform asset.

All content on the ph365com platform — including but not limited to logos, game software, graphics, text, layout, and data — is the property of ph365com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants any player any ownership rights over platform content.

You may use ph365com for personal, non-commercial gaming and information access only. Scraping, copying, redistributing, or republishing any platform content without written permission from ph365com is prohibited.

ph365com collects and processes player data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge that ph365com will process your personal information for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, compliance obligations, and customer support. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read together with them.

ph365com does not sell personal player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities is limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose.

ph365com provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform works hard to maintain uptime and data accuracy, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given.

• ph365com is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues outside its direct control, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• ph365com is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own decision to wager, including losses resulting from misunderstanding of game rules, odds, or payout structures.
• Where ph365com is found to be liable under applicable law, liability is limited to the value of the transaction directly giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

ph365com may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players through the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the platform. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the ph365com platform after a revision has been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure before the effective date of the revised Terms.
